Manager of Reimbursement: Gain Global experience!
A leading biotech-molecular diagnostics company is expanding and has an opportunity for a Reimbursement Expert to develop and implement their reimbursement strategy.
My client is one of the world's foremost medical technology companies and has a high visibility position that includes working on reimbursement strategy. This is a pretty rare opportunity and a great career move to gain that coveted experience. In addition, you would work with their pipeline products by providing an early reimbursement strategy perspective.
What You Will Do:
You'd have significant responsibility in monitoring domestic and international reimbursement policies and recommending any potential strategic changes to ensure the company's products maintain their business objectives.
It is a high visibility position and you would make presentations to the sales force, upper level management, marketing, clinical and other departments. You would be seen and your expertise would be sought after as the main reimbursement expert.
What You Need To Have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in health economic analysis
- Experience gaining coverage with public and private payers
- Candidates with reimbursement experience with either a device or biopharmaceutical company, or a health insurance company will be given preference in the interview process
- Experience working on reimbursement issues, particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid markets
- A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or Master's of Public Health is preferred
