Service Options

  • Retained Search: Our top priority - a process that provides you with the highest level of service.  Our methodology is to search the industry for the best available candidates.  We generally talk to 50 to 75 potential candidates that are currently employed in top companies. We make all of these candidates available to you exclusively.  We don't present them to any other clients, until you authorize us to do so.  We recommend the three best for you to interview. This custom search surfaces candidates that commonly would be unavailable through other sources.

    Additionally, we complete a thorough screening and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, providing you with all the necessary information to help you make a hiring decision.  The service charge is computed as a percentatge of first-year compensation.  You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.

  • Priority Search:  A service we make available to clients that have an urgent need for fulfillment.  We assign the position opening or openings to a team of specialists that utilize all of our resources to surface candidates.  We utilize our network to assist us in locating candidates, and search their databases for potential candidates.

    Our objective is to surface qualified candidates within 10 to 15 work days, and complete the search in one month.  This process requires our Account Manager to work closely with the companies' representatives, so that we can keep the process moving on schedule.

    The service charge is computed as a percentatge of first-year compensation.  You pay us a priority engagement fee to initiate the search.  The remainder of the service charge is paid when the candidate begins employment.

  • Contingency Search: This service is available to companies that do not want a devoted effort, but want to see qualified candidates who most closely match your job specifications.  If you hire someone we've presented, our service charge is computed as a percentage of anticipated first year compensation and is paid when the candidate begins employment.  If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
